If you are unhappy with a product or service we have provided, please first contact and provide your Order number and the nature of your problem and what you would like done.

After discussion and if you still wish to continue with a refund, we will provide you with a return number and a postal address.

Please print off our returns form and input all fields. This form will be required for your refund to be processed. Failure to include this form completed correctly, will result in no refund.

Minty.Fresh will not be responsible for covering ANY postage costs from ANY location to our HQ address on a returns basis.

When the item has been received back with us with a returns form complete with returns number and order number; we will begin to process your refund upon inspection of the said part.

If the part is returned to us in the same way it was send out, no problem. If the item has been prepared in any way such as primer / paint / plasti dip / powder coat etc we will be unable to issue you a refund.

If the item has been fitted and used we will be unable to offer you a refund.

Our suspension products are designed and built for a strictly OFF THE ROAD use ONLY. Any vehicle found to be operating our products on a road will automatically void any form of returns policy should their be a failure to the product.

Due to the variables involved in fitting aftermarket suspension products we recommend fitting by a professional and always to ensure bolts are torqued to the correct settings. If these steps are not met, we cannot issue you a refund.

Please allow 3-4 Weeks before refund can be processed, although we usually achieve this much quicker with straight forward returns.
